It’s taken smart phone maker HTC a rap song to openly diss its competitors Apple and Samsung.
In a new song and video titled ‘Hold The Crown’, rapper Doc G (of 199s Hip-Hop group P.M. Dawn) combines forces with HTC’s own David Bruce where they can be seen interacting with various people dressed up as smartphones from both companies.
The song’s lyrics include jokes about Apple’s inferior performance and sound (“Your chip is slower, But you’ll never touch our BoomSound”), Samsung’s “overrated” Galaxy series (“more than a few clowns stole what we originated, We own the universe, your Galaxy is overrated”) and more.
