UPDATE: Budden also did a podcast with Cari Champion on ESPN where he details the DMs which Drake sent to him.
At the 24:45 mark in the podcast, he tells us the exact nature of the DMs. Here is the transcription as Budden described:
Drake:
“I would like to formally invite you to one of my four Madison Square Garden shows, August 4th. You and however many people you would like to bring.
And I bet you can’t release 25 diss records between now and then ?
If you can I will give you $10,000 lol
Joey!!!!”
Joe replied:
“Lol maybe not 25 but I bet you I can get close to 20.”

By now, we all know how a couple of Drake fans ran up on Joe Budden’s house the other day in New Jersey and mocked him with Drake lyrics.
Joe didn’t like it at all and as petty as he his, he decided to chase them down in his car and eventually caught them at a spot where he warned them of dire consequences if they repeated their adventures.
