Travis Scott and Quavo had been teasing a joint project all year around which they finally dropped it as a surprise on Friday. The 13 song project, Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho has only two guest appearances on the project — Takeoff on track #3 ‘Eye 2 Eye’ and Offset on track #8 ‘Dubai Sh*t’.
The album is expected to move 95-120k in the first week, reports HDD. As expected, chunk of the total will be attributed to heavy streaming with just 16-19k coming through pure sales. Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho is currently #1 at iTunes and Apple Music and the tracks on the album occupy roughly 50% of the Apple Music and Spotify U.S. Top 10 at the moment.
It will be fighting for the top spot on the Billboard 200 next week with Taylor Swift whose latest album Reputation is expected to pick up steam during the holiday season. This also means that Emiem’s Revival, which is debuting at number 1 this week, will probably move a number below 100k in its second week. Stay tuned through the next few days for updates.
