Previous story: Timbaland is officially back. The super producer has been teasing new music for months now on his social media and even made the announcement of “album coming soon” when he first teased his 6LACK collaboration ‘Grab The Wheel’ back in August.
Timbo returns today with the release of his single where he lets the Atlanta rapper-singer do all the work on vocals. The song has been released via his own Mosely Music label with distribution by eOne Music. In an interview with Rollingstone back in November, Timbaland had revealed that he’s been in the studio with artists like Jay-Z, Rick Ross, Ty Dolla Sign, Zayn Malik and $ki Mask the Slump God lately.
Timbo’s new album is scheduled to arrive in first quarter of 2018. Listen to the slow tempo ‘Grab The Wheel’ via Apple Music (currently only available in select international markers).
