Rae Sremmurd has been working on their new album SremmLife 3 for a while now. And according to Mike WiLL Made It, we are about to have a lot of tracks coming our way.
The producer, who won a “Best Rap Song” GRAMMY for producing Kendrick Lamar’s ‘HUMBLE’ told Pitchfork on the red carpet that the upcoming album from the duo will be a triple album. “We got the Swae Lee, Swaecation, [Slim] Jxmmi’s Jxmtroduction, and then the Rae Sremmurd side,” he revealed.
The producer also said that the name of the Rae Sremmurd part of the album is yet untitled, but they’re considering the name Sremmin’. That means they have switched the title from SremmLife 3 which we think is a good decision. Last week, Rae Sremmurd hinted at an upcoming Kendrick Lamar collaboration with an in-studio pic with the Compton rapper. The duo’s last album SremmLife 2 came out in August, 2016 which spawned the number 1 hit ‘Black Beatles’.
