Kanye West has been on his “no more interviews” move for some time now but in the past few months, he has chosen a select few outlets to chat with, which includes Charlamagne Tha God, Jimmy Kimmel and of course, TMZ.
Today morning, fans got the surprising news that Kanye will be appearing on Chicago’s WGCI station to chat with the hosts of their morning show. As expected, he was asked some questions that we all have been wondering for some time. At the start of the chat, ‘Ye discussed the much publicized beef between his artist Pusha T and Drake where diss songs and harsh words were exchanged.
Malik Yusef and T-Minus suggested last month that Kanye knew about the content of Drake’s revealing song ‘March 14th’ where he rapped about his son, which made fans assume that Kanye passed on the info to Pusha T for the purposes of his diss song ‘The Story of Adidon‘. ‘Ye makes it clear that he did not give Drizzy any such information and has no time to engage in beef. “We’ll reconcile that one day because we have to, we got work to do,” he signed off on the subject on a positive note. Watch Kanye talk about it below.
During rest of the interview, Kanye talked about his slavery comments, supporting Donald Trump, if he thinks the President cares about black people, and more. He also got a little emotional about his former partner Don C not being around. “The downfall of Kanye West is directly related to Don C not being around.” You watch the full chat below.
