In May of 2016, before the incredible Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight even dropped, Travis Scott announced the name of his third album, Astroworld. In hindsight, perhaps it wasn’t the smartest thing to do because ever since, we’ve been anticipating the project.
There have been a lot of false starts and bumps in the road. We even got a collaboration project with Quavo somewhere in between. Travis told Zane Lowe the other day on Beats 1 radio that Astroworld was originally supposed to be his second album. The time for waiting is over as the much awaited LP featuring 17 songs in total is here worldwide.
