While major label recording artist Kodak Black was performing ‘Testimony’ on Jimmy Kimmel Live, indie act Black Thought was doing ‘Conception’ on Jimmy Fallon.
Thought is of course regular on the show as part of the house band, The Roots so him performing his own song on the show was quite refreshing. Assisting him was rest of the Roots band, and Salaam Remi who helmed his latest EP Streams of Thought Vol. 2: Traxploitation. Watch his solid set below.
