DaBaby has already worked with a lot of artists this year but he’s not done yet. In the near future, he has a big one on the way with Camila Cabello called ‘My Oh My’ from her upcoming album Romance.
The North Carolina rap star has one more coming soon that he’s excited about: Lil Wayne. During a recent interview with Viva Lakoi and Angela Yee on Power 104.5 The Beat radio station (spotted at LWHQ), DaBaby revealed that he has a collaboration with Weezy arriving soon. Calling it “big,” he mentions that Lil Wayne is a “GOAT” and was a huge influence while he was growing up. Watch the clip below — DaBaby mentions the collab at the 2:40 minute mark.
There is no word where the song will appear but given that Weezy was the one to hit him up, it looks like it might be a part of an upcoming Lil Wayne album. DaBaby’s most recent guest features are on songs from Trippie Redd, Blac Youngsta and Plies.
