The rapper, who recently released an ‘Otis’ inspired music video with ‘Money on Money,‘ inspired great faith in his core base. With Future joining hands with Thug, it had to be a classic. But what does that say about the album?
UY Scuti already has a big name to live up to. Matter of fact, the album is named after the biggest known star in the universe, which is exactly what seems to signify Thug’s desire to be the biggest name in hip hop. With eyes on the prize, the release date for the release of the album has now been somewhat revealed: May 9th.
Thug’s girlfriend Mariah The Scientist left a comment on his collab post with GQ, saying “I can’t wait until May 9 pls change the date mr. UY Scuti,” leading to obvious speculation about the release date.
Why is the date significant? Well, May 9th would actually mark 3 years of Young Thug being arrested, so he will definitely be on retribution time. He will also not be alone in this, as the revealed collaborator list has some interesting names in his support.
