After the in depth interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 (Apple Music), Kanye West decided to do another one, this time with his old friend Big Boy from Real 92.3 L.A radio station.
Kanye has been very limited when it comes to interviews and we doubt that he would be doing many in promotion of his new album Jesus is King, which is finally out now. In the nearly 50 minute talk, Kanye speaks on a few topics which are mainly revolving around religion, losing fans, cancel culture and his new music.
“Until we make Wakanda, for real, this [freedom] gonna take more than the Jesus chain,” ‘Ye said in reference to his controversial slavery remarks. “Being a slave to the system and peopleās perceptions and what people have chosen for our culture ā¦ is not in service to God.”
Big Boy: Are you afraid of losing your audience Ye? @BigBoy
Kanye: I told you Iām only afraid of GOD, Iām afraid of my daddy, God. @kanyewest

I love Obama, I love lemonade, I love Wingstop, I love polos, I love Jordans.” He further elaborated on his impact in the fashion industry, how he’s the most influential when it comes to sneakers, dedication to Church and much more.
