The Brooklyn Hip-Hop festival 2014 returned this afternoon for their 10th anniversary and headlining the show were Raekwon and Jay Electronica.

Jay Elect had plenty of surprises lined up for the crowd as he brought out Talib Kweli, J. Cole and Mac Miller early in his set. And then came his label boss and friend Jay Z who rocked out to ‘Young Gifted & Black’, ‘We Made It’, ‘Shiny Suit Theory’ and ‘Public Service Announcement’ to send the crowd in a frenzy. Eminem made history last evening as the legendary MC performed at the Wembley Stadium in London, becoming the first hip-hop artist to ever do so. So what to expect? Greatness.

Aside from performing a slew of his latest and greatest hits, Eminem treated fans to a lovely surprise by bringing out the man responsible for where he’s at today — Dr. Dre. After performing some major hits like ‘Without Me’, ‘Stan,’ ‘Rap God,’ ‘Berzerk,’ etc., Dre joined the stage and performed the classic hits ‘Still D.R.E.,’ ‘Next Episode,’ ‘Nuthin’ but a ‘G’ Thang’ and ‘Forgot About Dre.’

Before Em’s set, Danny Brown and Odd Future opened up for the 90,000 viewers at Wembley Stadium. This is definitely a night to remember.

Nicki Minaj helped fans celebrate independence day by performing at Philly 4th Of July concert at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia on Friday, July 4. The concert also featured performances from The Roots, Jennifer Hudson, Ed Sheeran and Aloe Blacc.

Looking sexy as ever, the Young Money queen went through her past and present hits including ‘Super Bass’, ‘Moment 4 Life’, ‘Pills N Potions’, ‘Yasss Bish!!’ and more during her 20 minute set. Watch in entirety after the break.

Robin Thicke appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night to perform two songs from his latest album Paula. He first killed the stage with the single ‘Get Her Back’ and then returned with his piano on ‘Lock The Door’. Say what you want, this man can really sing live.

Paula is in stores now and expected to sell 20-25k copies in the first week.
