Nicki Minaj helped fans celebrate independence day by performing at Philly 4th Of July concert at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia on Friday, July 4. The concert also featured performances from The Roots, Jennifer Hudson, Ed Sheeran and Aloe Blacc.

Looking sexy as ever, the Young Money queen went through her past and present hits including ‘Super Bass’, ‘Moment 4 Life’, ‘Pills N Potions’, ‘Yasss Bish!!’ and more during her 20 minute set. Watch in entirety after the break.

Robin Thicke appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night to perform two songs from his latest album Paula. He first killed the stage with the single ‘Get Her Back’ and then returned with his piano on ‘Lock The Door’. Say what you want, this man can really sing live.

Paula is in stores now and expected to sell 20-25k copies in the first week.

Trey Songz’ new album Trigga is in stores now so the singer appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight to promote the project. He performed his hit ‘Na Na’ and the new single ‘Foreign’ for the live audience. Trigga is expected to debut at #1 with 85-90k copies sold.

Despite not being in the building for the BET Awards, Jay Z and Beyonce still made their presence felt on the show with a pre-taped performance of ‘Partition’ remix, now featuring a Rap verse from Hov. The “performance” did satisfy the fans but left those in the building disappointed as some were expecting a real surprise appearance from the couple. Watch the footage of ‘Partition’ remix below.

While the 2014 BET Awards are currently underway, we’ve already seen some incredible performances from tonight’s festivities.

Setting the Staples Center ablaze, Pharrell Williams kicked things off with a great performance of his hit track ‘Come Get It Bae’. After that, Skateboard P brought out the legendary Missy Elliot who performed ‘Pass The Dutch’. We’re also expecting to see performances from Beyoncé and Jay Z, Lil Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj, T.I., Iggy, John Legend, August Alsina, Trey Songz, Jhene Aiko and more.
